Residents of Royal Oak who are 12+ years old may use this form to receive a digital library card that can be used to check out eBooks, eAudiobooks and databases from our online resources page immediately.
Patrons wishing to upgrade their card to one with full privileges may complete this online application and then bring their photo ID and proof of Royal Oak address to the library.
