Residents of Royal Oak who are 18+ years old may use this form to receive a digital library card that can be used to check out eBooks, eAudiobooks and databases from our online resources page immediately.
To access our physical collections and use our Study Rooms, patrons wishing to upgrade their instant digital card to one with full privileges may complete this online application and then bring their photo ID and proof of Royal Oak address to the library.
