Residents of Royal Oak who are 18+ years old may use this form to receive a digital library card that can be used to check out eBooks, eAudiobooks, and databases from our online resources page immediately. This instant digital card expires in 90 days and must be converted to a regular card with full privileges, which include our physical collections, interlibrary loan, Library of Things, and much more. Full privilege resident cards are valid for 3 years. Please bring your photo ID and proof of Royal Oak address to the library to get your upgrade!
