This application is for first-time library card applicants, age 18 or older,
who are residents of or work in Romulus or Huron Township, Michigan.
Library cards acquired through this online registration process are temporary and are valid for three
months from the date of issue. To obtain your permanent card, you must verify this information and
provide proof of residency (or employment) in person. All
fields marked with an * are required.
Registration for a library card for a minor (age 17 or younger) must be done in-person.
The parent/guardian and the child/children must be present at the time a minor card is issued
to verify information, show proof of residency, and obtain a card.
Acceptable proof of residency includes a valid driverís license or Michigan state ID with current address.
Patrons who have recently moved and their identification does not reflect their current address, may
present a current lease agreement, utility bill, property tax bill, voterís registration or paycheck stub
(dated within past 30 days) along with your driverís license or state ID.

with the cardholder and/or as a result of appropriate legal orders.
