Online Patron Registration

Adult (18+) residents of Southgate can apply here to receive a temporary library card, good for 3 months.
This temporary card will allow you to access our digital media collections Overdrive and Hoopla, links can be
found on our website at https://www.southgate.lib.mi.us/eBooks/eBooks.html

To receive your physical library card, please come in and present us with valid ID and proof of address
(a current driver’s license will usually fulfill both requirements). Once we have verified your information,
we will issue you a new card, good for 3 years. The library is open Monday – Thursday 10am – 9pm,
and Saturdays 10am – 5pm; it is closed on Friday, Sunday, and on most holidays)

Please do not fill out this registration form if you are not an adult (18+) resident of the City of Southgate.
Those younger than 18 must be registered in person, by a responsible adult (parent, guardian, etc).
